GBGood customer service Spa delivery was flexible. When I called about a question, a human picked up right away! Emailed me the info I needed. Took off one star because there is nothing clear in print about how to set up chemicals for the first time. Panel buttons, jet controls not clear in manual

GBOutlet Spas was almostly good Outlet Spas was almostly good. I spent some time on ther websit and found the collection to be satisfactry. The bundles offered for some products are ok. Prices wise tehy are actually on teh cheaaper side. I had a good experiance with tehm and it was worth my money. Customer service was average but solvded the queries. I will think before using them again though. There was nothing too special about the eperience.

Unfortunately I felt I had to order 3 days earlier because of website advising of very limited resources. Please advice me of any additional steps I could take to ensure a satisfactory delivery since I won’t be a available to receive phone calls till October 4 th.
