Only problem I has, was I didn't know the verification that I'm not a robot is timed, so when I didn't get some of the information in right away, I had to re-verify. Thanks for all the help!

California Dreamin' The whole order-to-delivery took only 8 days. The hot tub is electric and with our new solar panels this is an added delight to be off gas. My wife and I can't believe the beauty and comfort that this brand new jacuzzi has added to our lives and bones. We soak every morning before work and our bodies feel revived and ready for the day. We are also glad that we purchased the steps and the cover lift; these added items have helped to make getting in & out very easy.

Good customer service Spa delivery was flexible. When I called about a question, a human picked up right away! Emailed me the info I needed. Took off one star because there is nothing clear in print about how to set up chemicals for the first time. Panel buttons, jet controls not clear in manual

Outlet Spas was almostly good Outlet Spas was almostly good. I spent some time on ther websit and found the collection to be satisfactry. The bundles offered for some products are ok. Prices wise tehy are actually on teh cheaaper side. I had a good experiance with tehm and it was worth my money. Customer service was average but solvded the queries. I will think before using them again though. There was nothing too special about the eperience.
