GBOutlet Spas was almostly good Outlet Spas was almostly good. I spent some time on ther websit and found the collection to be satisfactry. The bundles offered for some products are ok. Prices wise tehy are actually on teh cheaaper side. I had a good experiance with tehm and it was worth my money. Customer service was average but solvded the queries. I will think before using them again though. There was nothing too special about the eperience.

CAI had an avarage experience wth Outlet… I had an avarage experience wth Outlet Spas. Ther weren't any thrills to their services. Prices were fin, nothing spetacular. I wouldn't say that ther site is particularly user-frendly and block navigation is quite slow. I would recemmend starting out with simplar models, as the more complicated ones can be difficult to configure. This was a baseline experince for me, nothing terribly memorible.

USDelivery delays Delivery of hot tub has been very frustrating! On first delivery date promised, it never arrived & there was no communication as to why. Then call to distributor- never called me back after saying they would within 45 minutes. Third call they promised delivery this Monday,5 days after original date - so fingers crossed that it really happens!

Even more so, they explained to me all the processes between the purchase and the delivery. Days before the delivery, they sent me a document on managing and moving my spa to its final location.
