USDo not buy the Lifesmart Paradise DLX… Do not buy the Lifesmart Paradise DLX (LS450DX) 7-Person 22-Jet Plug and Play Spa! I had this hot tub for two months and it stopped working. I had to have a technician come to my house to try to figure it out. The manufacturer mailed me the part that was needed to fix the tub. However, they mailed the wrong part! This caused me to have to have my technician come back. Not only did the warranty company Watkins Wellness refuse to pay for the second visit from my technician which was entirely their fault but they only refunded me for half of the cost that it actually cost me to repair the hot tub that I only owned for two months. Not only that, this hot tub SUCKS if you live in cold climates. I live in PA and this hot tub cannot hold the heat in the winter. I can never get it above 70 degrees and I have TWO insulated covers on it. I tried letting outlet spas know about my terrible experience with watkins wellness and all they did was mail me two filters....I spend thousands of dollars but thanks so much for the filters..?
