USAs soon as I signed on to the website… As soon as I signed on to the website the chat person, Hannah, was there to answer any questions I had. Only problem I has, was I didn't know the verification that I'm not a robot is timed, so when I didn't get some of the information in right away, I had to re-verify. Thanks for all the help!

USReal people to answer your question So far they have made the decision to purchase a hot tub as easy as possible. There is a real person to answer questions via chat which is a nice change from other companies who strictly use AI.

USGood customer service Spa delivery was flexible. When I called about a question, a human picked up right away! Emailed me the info I needed. Took off one star because there is nothing clear in print about how to set up chemicals for the first time. Panel buttons, jet controls not clear in manual
