Outlet Spas was almostly good Outlet Spas was almostly good. I spent some time on ther websit and found the collection to be satisfactry. The bundles offered for some products are ok. Prices wise tehy are actually on teh cheaaper side. I had a good experiance with tehm and it was worth my money. Customer service was average but solvded the queries. I will think before using them again though. There was nothing too special about the eperience.

Do not buy the Lifesmart Paradise DLX… Do not buy the Lifesmart Paradise DLX (LS450DX) 7-Person 22-Jet Plug and Play Spa! I had this hot tub for two months and it stopped working. I had to have a technician come to my house to try to figure it out. The manufacturer mailed me the part that was needed to fix the tub. However, they mailed the wrong part! This caused me to have to have my technician come back. Not only did the warranty company Watkins Wellness refuse to pay for the second visit from my technician which was entirely their fault but they only refunded me for half of the cost that it actually cost me to repair the hot tub that I only owned for two months. Not only that, this hot tub SUCKS if you live in cold climates. I live in PA and this hot tub cannot hold the heat in the winter. I can never get it above 70 degrees and I have TWO insulated covers on it. I tried letting outlet spas know about my terrible experience with watkins wellness and all they did was mail me two filters....I spend thousands of dollars but thanks so much for the filters..?

Good customer service Spa delivery was flexible. When I called about a question, a human picked up right away! Emailed me the info I needed. Took off one star because there is nothing clear in print about how to set up chemicals for the first time. Panel buttons, jet controls not clear in manual

She made me feel like every question I had was important and was more than willing to help me in every way. After we concluded on the phone, I felt very good about making my order for the LS300 plus 3 person spa.

Great hot tub Price was a good buy, was delivered on time. The gentlemen unloaded it and helped me position it on my wood base. Installation instructions were easy to follow. We have had it up and running for 3 months now, no complaints at all.
