Great Experience! I spoke with Jeremiah on 2 different days as well as texting. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He let me have time to think about it and talk with my husband. I would absolutely recommend him as well as Sunlighten if any of my friends or family are interested in a sauna.

The sauna is awesome The sauna is awesome, works as expected. Only issue is the android decide that controls it is a bit outdated and they lost rights to allow you to use Hulu app, but you can steam it. Blue tooth is hiccupy when using phone and streaming. I love it and imagine there is nothing better for the cost.

Best Contact Person for Infrared Saunas I was searching for infrared saunas for the first time and had a lot to learn. I needed 3 units for a new Spa buildout. A trusted friend in the industry said she had the best experience with Kellie Lee. I reached out to Kellie and she was exactly everything I needed! She was informative, kind and really put me at ease. I knew this was a partner I wanted to work with and did not continue to search further with any other sauna company. Best Purchase for Self Care I had been paying a monthly membership fee at a business near my house to use their Amplify Infrared sauna for almost 2 years. I finally purchased the smaller Signature sauna for my home. It was assembled yesterday and I used it for the first time last night and it was fantastic! So much more relaxing to experience in your own home. My sales person, Jeremy was great during the sales process. He patiently answered all of my questions and is very friendly and professional.
