USProduct seems ok; no manual included; customer service unhelpful; sales team harasses you Product - Solo System - received timely, no issues. Outer box was damaged but inside box was fine. Sales Team - harassment level number of calls/texts/voicemails. They just do not stop even after telling them to stop contacting. Customer Service - not helpful. Manuals were not included with the shipped product based on claims that they do everything "digitally." Sounds more like being cheap on printing proper manuals to include with products. That in itself is bizarre given prices of the products. Was told to call a number to get a copy, or "use my phone" when I mentioned I will not be reading a manual on a laptop. I don't think including a manual with the product is an unreasonable request. By the way - every other company with any sort of a product does (even on 20 dollar Amazon items).

USGreat Sales Experience My sauna has not been delivered yet, so I’ll need to update this review after I get it. I want to say, if my conversation with Ramon is any indicator of what my experience with my sauna will be like…I am stoked! We spent almost two hours discussing which unit would be best for me. At one point, I felt like I was speaking with the owner of the company. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm blew me away! I’ll be back to update this review in a few months.

USWe purchased our Sunlighten M pulse Spa… We purchased our Sunlighten M pulse Spa in November. It then took us until January before it was delivered. It only worked three months and two weeks ago BROKE. We were told it was the light panels and that it has been an issue with other customers too. I just received an email saying that they are out of the replacements and that they have NO IDEA when it will be fixed. I am beyond livid. I paid almost $14,000 for this sauna and now it is useless.

Our Members have enjoyed and benefited from the Infrared Sauna and have leveled up their recovery from intense WODs. Josh B was such great help; with figuring out the best option for us, to answering all our questions about care and set-up. He went above and beyond on making sure that our Sauna is set-up properly from beginning to end.

USI just called Sunlighten to get more… I just called Sunlighten to get more information about the infra red sauna and Abu was just amazing. I purchased after 20 minutes talking with him. I have Lyme disease and I was visiting spa salons for Infrared Sauna Detox . I was paying $40 per session and now I have my own Infrared Sauna I am so happy!!! Thank you Abu for the wonderful experience in this amazing adventure! You truly care and inspire people!
