GBThe service is to notch The service is to notch! Putting it together was not too difficult. I did a 2 person impulse on my own except for the roof which I needed help with from a couple of big men. And the sauna experience itself has been very wonderful. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The lighting is nice and the tablet allows me to listen to music, listen to audiobooks, or read an online book. I highly recommend it!

GBLoved working with Daisy Loved working with Daisy! Our new Signature 2 person sauna is amazing! We use it everyday. Heats up to 124 in 30 min. Then to 144 in an hour. It is gorgeous. We got basswood. Delivered in 8 days! Delivery was well communicated and they put it in our garage. Easy install with 2 people. Speakers are awesome! Bench is comfy. We did have to pay an electrician to run the correct wires, but worth it!!

DEMeh…. OK. It does get hot. After 45 minutes. That’s the best I can say about it. The App and user experience is atrocious. I’ve never sat in it and turned it on without having to reset or update something. Error codes pop up 1/3 of the time where I have to unplug it. The other times it does nothing when I hit go. Trying to use the app in my phone is a waste of time unless I’m sitting in it and connected via Bluetooth. The lights in it worked properly once or twice. I gave up on those. Thinking you can connect to this away from the house to preheat it? HA! Waste of time trying. I can connect to my barbecue anywhere. I’m not new to this type of stuff. I’m absolutely shocked how poor the interface is with this. My in laws got one at the same time and they have the same issues. Once I do get it going though I do get a sweat with IR hitting my back and sides. My legs stay a nice cool temp though as the infrared doesn’t hit anything below the waste. Kind of irritating. Oh yeah, putting it together isn’t as easy as you’d think. It doesn’t just go together like it should. Maybe the software will improve but I think they used the cheapest stuff they could find. GBI absolutely love my sauna I absolutely love my sauna, but i am not going to lie, it was a pain in the *** to get it up and running. yes the customer service was awesome but shouldn’t have been that difficult to hook it up, they need to work on better directions for start up. Once its up and running properly you will love it!!
