Highly recommend Select Saunas Christoffer was great to work with. He was timely and thorough answering each of my emails with multiple questions. He was even available for quick phone call when it came to shipping. I also appreciate he offers a military discount, free shipping, and no sales tax! Shipping was quick and delivery was easy to schedule. I did have a damaged bench that Christoffer quickly had replaced and it arrived about a week later. I would recommend Select Saunas to everyone. I absolutely love my sauna!

This was a horrible experience from… This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Although they did communicate after over a month of nonstop emails, i didn’t receive product until 2 months later. When shipment arrived the loader didn’t have tool adn pallet broken. (Had to manually unload sauna). To be fair, Chris was responsive after asking to send extra parts because of cheap wood. However , new parts were incorrectly milled and the whole sauna was off balance. This Sauna was made very low quality for the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend select sauna. They have a good sale until order is made and now nobody is responding to my discrepancy. Very disappointed in product and customer service. Find someone else that has better quality and honest salespeople.

Great product with the best price… Great product with the best price around. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived exactly as estimated during checkout. Only criticism would be that there was no communication between the order confirmation and the trucking company calling to schedule delivery several weeks later.

all around great experience I originally found Select Saunas because of their competitive prices. but their customer services were excellent and the shipping all went smoothly, which is critical when dealing with a precious product like a sauna stove. As a builder of saunas, I'll definitely be doing business with them in the future!
