Great customer service, high quality sauna products! They answered my call immediately and were really helpful in helping us find a sauna that would fit our requirements. We ended up ordering the Thermory No. 63 and after a few weeks the sauna was up and running in our backyard. We are amazed by the quality of the barrel and how smooth the wood is, both interior and exterior. Thought heat distribution would be uneven since it's a barrel but don't notice much difference anywhere. Pleasantly surprised to find how great and stylish the HUUM Drop 9 kW heater looks in our sauna compared to the pictures. It makes the sauna look super luxurious in combination with the dark Thermowood. Highly recommend Select Saunas for their great customer service and the quality products. We couldn't be happier!

Select Saunas is unresponsive if there's an issue Select Saunas is a great company as long as you're placing an order. They are very responsive...as long as you're placing an order. Select Sauna will NOT be responsive and a paying customer can expect a total run around when you need troubleshooting or support. I will never recommend this company after spending ungodly amount of money with this company to be ghosted as soon as there is an issue. Find another supplier!

Great product with the best price… Great product with the best price around. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. It also arrived exactly as estimated during checkout. Only criticism would be that there was no communication between the order confirmation and the trucking company calling to schedule delivery several weeks later.
