I ordered the Barcelona at the end of… I ordered the Barcelona at the end of February. On their website it said shipping in Mid March. Its April and still no word on the sauna. Tried to email, call and live chat with no response. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get a response. Representative replied that they have trouble with their phone lines. But I tried every way possible to contact them. Saw this excuse used with another customer. If it is the case, why not just use a dedicated cell for business use? Finally got word the item was shipped on 4/5

This was a horrible experience from… This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Although they did communicate after over a month of nonstop emails, i didn’t receive product until 2 months later. When shipment arrived the loader didn’t have tool adn pallet broken. (Had to manually unload sauna). To be fair, Chris was responsive after asking to send extra parts because of cheap wood. However , new parts were incorrectly milled and the whole sauna was off balance. This Sauna was made very low quality for the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend select sauna. They have a good sale until order is made and now nobody is responding to my discrepancy. Very disappointed in product and customer service. Find someone else that has better quality and honest salespeople.

Great customer service, high quality sauna products! They answered my call immediately and were really helpful in helping us find a sauna that would fit our requirements. We ended up ordering the Thermory No. 63 and after a few weeks the sauna was up and running in our backyard. We are amazed by the quality of the barrel and how smooth the wood is, both interior and exterior. Thought heat distribution would be uneven since it's a barrel but don't notice much difference anywhere. Pleasantly surprised to find how great and stylish the HUUM Drop 9 kW heater looks in our sauna compared to the pictures. It makes the sauna look super luxurious in combination with the dark Thermowood. Highly recommend Select Saunas for their great customer service and the quality products. We couldn't be happier!
