GBI ordered the Barcelona at the end of… I ordered the Barcelona at the end of February. On their website it said shipping in Mid March. Its April and still no word on the sauna. Tried to email, call and live chat with no response. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get a response. Representative replied that they have trouble with their phone lines. But I tried every way possible to contact them. Saw this excuse used with another customer. If it is the case, why not just use a dedicated cell for business use? Finally got word the item was shipped on 4/5

GBWe absolutely love our Almost Heaven… We absolutely love our Almost Heaven Audra 2-4 Person Canopy Barrel Sauna from Select Saunas. My husband was able to build and install it himself. We love the look and design of the sauna, and have enjoyed it nightly since we got it. We have only had 2 adults in it so far, and that is a very comfortable fit. Select Saunas' customer service was exceptional throughout the ordering process.
