GBCallRail is for agencies CallRail is the best choice for our agency. Past call tracking providers have not been able to provide the same setup as CallRail that makes it easy for agencies like ours to manage numbers on behalf of their clients. Not only is the platform great, but the support from both account reps and the general support team is always speedy and courteous. I would highly recommend CallRail to anyone looking for a call tracking provider!

AUCall Rail does not work in Australia so… Call Rail does not work in Australia so don't bother signing up for their free 14 day trial. Their system isn't able to generate local numbers, contact customer support and they'll tell you there's a bug in their system which their engineers are working on... they've been working on it for 2 weeks now

GBExcellent Service - Extremely Easy to Use We ported our 3 business numbers over to CallRail from Cox. CallRail allows us to easily and effectively direct our phone calls wherever we need at any time. The interface is extremely easy to use. We are only using a fraction of CallRail's service offerings and we can't recommend them enough.

GBEasy, Fairly Robust, and Inexpensive CallRail has an easy setup, and the numbers are mostly clean; no less so than other call tracking companies. I do wish there was we more options for trigger dynamic number insertion for campaign with many different sources. There are a decent amount but not quite enough. CallRail remains the best of the half dozen or so that we've tried. Also, the pricing model is a bit odd for an agency setup. The account structure is fine for agencies, but the way the pricing scales is odd.

GBCallRail has some great features that… CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.
