Easy, Fairly Robust, and Inexpensive CallRail has an easy setup, and the numbers are mostly clean; no less so than other call tracking companies. I do wish there was we more options for trigger dynamic number insertion for campaign with many different sources. There are a decent amount but not quite enough. CallRail remains the best of the half dozen or so that we've tried. Also, the pricing model is a bit odd for an agency setup. The account structure is fine for agencies, but the way the pricing scales is odd.

CallRail does an awesome job of… CallRail does an awesome job of routing, tracking and recording my phone numbers. The ease of setting up call flows and adding new tracking numbers is seamless. The software can get a little pricey if you send a lot of texts or use a lot of minutes, but overall it's worth it. I highly recommend CallRail for any business looking to track their phone calls and use numbers other than their cell phones for a more professional look.

t'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

So much better than the competition Our agency was using another call tool for years. We stayed with that company as long as we did simply because we never took the time to research other options. When we finally did and found CallRail we immediately fell in love with it. We have now been using CallRail for almost a year and we absolutely love it. The user interface is modern and really easy to work with. The DNI script / WordPress plugin is short and simply works and we love how well it integrates with Google Analytics and AdWords.

Easy set up, great tracking! Easy to set up tracking numbers. Great tracking dashboard that can easily be shared with team members and customers. We mainly use the numbers to track direct-mail ad campaigns across multiple markets.
