GBCallRail has some great features that… CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.

GBthey hold you hostage & platform sucks if you are looking to leave their services everything becomes impossible. There is no way to download all your past recordings before leaving. The reason why I left their platform to CallTrackingMetrics was: - search within their platform is slow - customer service is weak - buggy

CAHorrible service Horrible service, if you have a business, run away from call rail, and especially their lead center, endless problems, horrible customer service, I had a problem with the user, he got stuck on busy, so it was not possible to receive calls. I was unable to answer my customers! I lost a lot of clients as a result. I opened 7 tickets, and no one contacted me. Ticket number 426829, horrible service!

GBExcellent Service - Extremely Easy to Use We ported our 3 business numbers over to CallRail from Cox. CallRail allows us to easily and effectively direct our phone calls wherever we need at any time. The interface is extremely easy to use. We are only using a fraction of CallRail's service offerings and we can't recommend them enough.

CAI love the company, but.... I love the company, they used to have a goof professional technical support. But some time ago something happens, looks like they moved all tech calls to a call center or similar. Ladies on the prone has no desire to help or understand, they just push you to read a support article
