PHt'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

AUCall Rail does not work in Australia so… Call Rail does not work in Australia so don't bother signing up for their free 14 day trial. Their system isn't able to generate local numbers, contact customer support and they'll tell you there's a bug in their system which their engineers are working on... they've been working on it for 2 weeks now

GBCallRail has the best support team CallRail is a great tool and has the best support team of anyone we work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We don't run into actual issues with the platform itself, but anything we have encountered has been addressed and resolved quickly. CallRail is also great at taking feedback and making actual product changes and feature additions based on such requests.

GBEasy set up, great tracking! Easy to set up tracking numbers. Great tracking dashboard that can easily be shared with team members and customers. We mainly use the numbers to track direct-mail ad campaigns across multiple markets.

GBCallRail has some great features that… CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.
