CallRail does an awesome job of… CallRail does an awesome job of routing, tracking and recording my phone numbers. The ease of setting up call flows and adding new tracking numbers is seamless. The software can get a little pricey if you send a lot of texts or use a lot of minutes, but overall it's worth it. I highly recommend CallRail for any business looking to track their phone calls and use numbers other than their cell phones for a more professional look.

CallRail has the best support team CallRail is a great tool and has the best support team of anyone we work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We don't run into actual issues with the platform itself, but anything we have encountered has been addressed and resolved quickly. CallRail is also great at taking feedback and making actual product changes and feature additions based on such requests.

4 Stars for Good Customer Management I had initial issues with Callrail. I used their software but faced some problems. Eventually Callrail were able to refund my money displaying good customer relationship management.

So much better than the competition Our agency was using another call tool for years. We stayed with that company as long as we did simply because we never took the time to research other options. When we finally did and found CallRail we immediately fell in love with it. We have now been using CallRail for almost a year and we absolutely love it. The user interface is modern and really easy to work with. The DNI script / WordPress plugin is short and simply works and we love how well it integrates with Google Analytics and AdWords.

Call Rail does not work in Australia so… Call Rail does not work in Australia so don't bother signing up for their free 14 day trial. Their system isn't able to generate local numbers, contact customer support and they'll tell you there's a bug in their system which their engineers are working on... they've been working on it for 2 weeks now
