GBthis is a landlord service this is a landlord service, very unfriendly to the tenant. after taking an invasive amount of personal information it does what it wants, and there is no way for the tenant to reach a live person. their phone number is for 'premier members', i.e. landlords. there is no chat. there is an email address which they do not respond to. i have sent several emails over a period of several days and gotten no response. tenant cannot even close its account! there is no way to do that online, and as stated above, they do not reply to the support email address.

GBTurboTenant Worked For Us We have a 5 bedroom rental in Henderson NV and TurboTenant connected us to many different potentials. We found an amazing family to rent our home and they pay rent through the TT portal every month. TT also sends check ins to our tenant and I can manage repairs on the portal. I am thoroughly impressed with the program and surprised by the negative reviews.

GBKUDOS TO TURBO TENANT! This is an excellent site for landlords. I have 2 rooms in a house that has tenants so it's a shared household environment. Turbo Tenant does all the listings on various rental sites so you don't have too. the tools they have available are excellent as well

GBStick with TurboTenant. Everything works great, the application process is smooth, even the nice touch of prospect's ID picture. I really appreciate the background check, and the credit score. Two things I'd LOVE to see added, would be references verification with previous landlord, or two; and job/income verification. Small landlords, that are not "LLC", have problems doing that in person. Because we're private entities, and employers and previous landlords do NOT want to talk to us about that. Other than that, all positives.

GBHelpful Support TurboTenant support staff is so helpful! I have never had an issue that they couldn't solve. And I made a suggestion about being able to share work orders with maintenance workers via email, and they added that as a feature! I feel like they really listen to their users and are constantly trying to improve their product.
