Been using TurboTenant since 2018 when we purchased our rentals and have nothing but good things to say about the website/service. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Terrible site and poor customer… Terrible site and poor customer service. Will not allow me to post since I have more than one apartment available. They also assume everyone that posts owns each property. Most do not. I would avoid this site.

My account was suspended without… My account was suspended without explanation or notice. Same thing happened to my daughter. Listings were completely legit and professional in every way. Crickets when sent help/support email so that is a worthless waste of time. Filed a complaint with BBB. Cannot reach a person using their phone number. Prompt hangs up without giving any option to speak to anyone, simply refers you back to the inept and nonfunctioning help/support email address. BEWARE if you're a customer. They CLEARLY could not care less about customer service.

Stick with TurboTenant. Everything works great, the application process is smooth, even the nice touch of prospect's ID picture. I really appreciate the background check, and the credit score. Two things I'd LOVE to see added, would be references verification with previous landlord, or two; and job/income verification. Small landlords, that are not "LLC", have problems doing that in person. Because we're private entities, and employers and previous landlords do NOT want to talk to us about that. Other than that, all positives.

I like the "pre screener information"… I like the "pre screener information" That really helps. Also, I am impressed by how many leads I have gotten from your process. I will always use Turbo Tenant for my apartment listings!!!!!
