GBI like the "pre screener information"… I like the "pre screener information" That really helps. Also, I am impressed by how many leads I have gotten from your process. I will always use Turbo Tenant for my apartment listings!!!!!

GBThe idea of TurboTenant is great but… The idea of TurboTenant is great but the app and execution are both lacking. I’ve been using it for a few years and still have trouble accessing leases or payments among the larger issues, clearing out old leads or tenants who have moved, as example of stuff that could be done better.

GBWe have multiple accounts with them for… Update: TurboTenant just went ahead and cancelled our accounts without notifying us. When we enter our emails we get a message that says no accounts have been found. Was it because of this review? We are paying separately for each account and at this point we just stranded. We have over 30 tenants that now are just unable to access their info on TurboTenant or submit a payment. We have multiple accounts with them for different owners we manage properties for and we just noticed that text messages from one owner's account are showing on another account and vice versa. We reached to them and basically they said this is because we have too many tabs open and access accounts through so many devices. Really sad how they put the burden of their incompetence in our shoulders. This is very typical from TurboTenant. Not the first time they just wash their hands and fail to take ownership for the technical issues they have. This is also a huge privacy concern, tenants communicate private info all the time and they no longer have the certainty that their info is being well protected.

GBTerrible site and poor customer… Terrible site and poor customer service. Will not allow me to post since I have more than one apartment available. They also assume everyone that posts owns each property. Most do not. I would avoid this site.

GBHelpful Support TurboTenant support staff is so helpful! I have never had an issue that they couldn't solve. And I made a suggestion about being able to share work orders with maintenance workers via email, and they added that as a feature! I feel like they really listen to their users and are constantly trying to improve their product.
