GBI like the auto reminders to tenant I like the auto reminders to tenant. I like all the necessary forms available at my fingertips. Customer service has been helpful. I feel less pressure to always have to be on top of the rental process. There is adequate guidance and resources to alleviate a lot the stress of being a landlord.

GBWe have multiple accounts with them for… Update: TurboTenant just went ahead and cancelled our accounts without notifying us. When we enter our emails we get a message that says no accounts have been found. Was it because of this review? We are paying separately for each account and at this point we just stranded. We have over 30 tenants that now are just unable to access their info on TurboTenant or submit a payment. We have multiple accounts with them for different owners we manage properties for and we just noticed that text messages from one owner's account are showing on another account and vice versa. We reached to them and basically they said this is because we have too many tabs open and access accounts through so many devices. Really sad how they put the burden of their incompetence in our shoulders. This is very typical from TurboTenant. Not the first time they just wash their hands and fail to take ownership for the technical issues they have. This is also a huge privacy concern, tenants communicate private info all the time and they no longer have the certainty that their info is being well protected.

GBFRAUD!! FRAUD!!! We recently started getting strange people driving up to our house and couldn't figure out why until someone rung our doorbell and we found out our house was listed on this website fraudulently for rent!!!! There's no way to contact them to get the listing removed immediately. Clearly no one is verifying the listings on their website and having random people come up to my house is incredibly dangerous to me and my family. I'll be reporting them to the local news next!!!

GBI had high hopes for this company I had high hopes for this company, but I am frustrated and upset with their accounting processes. They have poor customer service and have raised their prices over 100% year over year. They even started charging my tenants extra fees without notice (ACH). AVOID this company.

GBI like the centralized management of properties I like the centralized management of my properties along with all the LL documents & digital signing, if needed. You have always responded promptly to any inquiries I have. No complaints from my tenants. (Win! Win!) Helps to keep us both honest with detailed record keeping. Thank you!!!
