Turbotenant makes it easy Turbotenant was a crucial part of managing our rental from finding leads, screening and onboarding. Tenants have also found it very to use and our utilizing the messages feature which is great. I do not collect rent through the platform but it is a great way to keep track of Zelle payments and send invoices/reminders. Some improvements can be a separate application feature that doesn’t need the screening. This will help Landlords to first check the application and see if the Tenant is a good fit without asking them to pay for screening.

Love the Customer Service My situation was complicated - and still is, but TT customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly encourage any landlord to subscribe to the premium service. It's a must-have for tricky situations. I have always had excellent response times. I also love that they track our conversations. A great document just in case I ever needed it.

I like the centralized management of properties I like the centralized management of my properties along with all the LL documents & digital signing, if needed. You have always responded promptly to any inquiries I have. No complaints from my tenants. (Win! Win!) Helps to keep us both honest with detailed record keeping. Thank you!!!

The idea of TurboTenant is great but… The idea of TurboTenant is great but the app and execution are both lacking. I’ve been using it for a few years and still have trouble accessing leases or payments among the larger issues, clearing out old leads or tenants who have moved, as example of stuff that could be done better.

We have multiple accounts with them for… Update: TurboTenant just went ahead and cancelled our accounts without notifying us. When we enter our emails we get a message that says no accounts have been found. Was it because of this review? We are paying separately for each account and at this point we just stranded. We have over 30 tenants that now are just unable to access their info on TurboTenant or submit a payment. We have multiple accounts with them for different owners we manage properties for and we just noticed that text messages from one owner's account are showing on another account and vice versa. We reached to them and basically they said this is because we have too many tabs open and access accounts through so many devices. Really sad how they put the burden of their incompetence in our shoulders. This is very typical from TurboTenant. Not the first time they just wash their hands and fail to take ownership for the technical issues they have. This is also a huge privacy concern, tenants communicate private info all the time and they no longer have the certainty that their info is being well protected.
