Helpful Support TurboTenant support staff is so helpful! I have never had an issue that they couldn't solve. And I made a suggestion about being able to share work orders with maintenance workers via email, and they added that as a feature! I feel like they really listen to their users and are constantly trying to improve their product.

FRAUD!! FRAUD!!! We recently started getting strange people driving up to our house and couldn't figure out why until someone rung our doorbell and we found out our house was listed on this website fraudulently for rent!!!! There's no way to contact them to get the listing removed immediately. Clearly no one is verifying the listings on their website and having random people come up to my house is incredibly dangerous to me and my family. I'll be reporting them to the local news next!!!

I had high hopes for this company I had high hopes for this company, but I am frustrated and upset with their accounting processes. They have poor customer service and have raised their prices over 100% year over year. They even started charging my tenants extra fees without notice (ACH). AVOID this company.

Stick with TurboTenant. Everything works great, the application process is smooth, even the nice touch of prospect's ID picture. I really appreciate the background check, and the credit score. Two things I'd LOVE to see added, would be references verification with previous landlord, or two; and job/income verification. Small landlords, that are not "LLC", have problems doing that in person. Because we're private entities, and employers and previous landlords do NOT want to talk to us about that. Other than that, all positives.
