NO-IP is Great NO-IP is Great! I have used No-IP for several years to access our VPN network. It works very well. We recently closed the office, my subscription auto renewed at 3am before I could cancel. I opened a support ticket today (saturday) and Jose handled my refund with no drama. I highly recommend NoIP!

Trying to get support over 2 days now… Trying to get support over 2 days now to no avail. Note their website claims 24 hour response. Subscribed to 100 user email server and the service isn't working. Cannot get support to fix the issue nor a refund. Sorry I didn't consult Trustpilot before signing up and signing up for domains with them. Now even if I get a refund I cannot transfer for 60 days. That sucks. I'm so sorry I didn't consult Trustpilot before, otherwise I'd have passed them by, but have other services to buy so now I know. They even took my money for a domain which I didn't get and now I'm also trying to get that refunded also. The only improvement I see that company can do is to improve their responsiveness to support issues. Noip resolved my issues and I'm now satisfied

Rapid response on weekend I’ve used the managed DNS service for about 2 years now. I was setting up email for a new domain. I couldn’t add the DNS records through the UI due to the length of the field, but customer support was able to handle it under 24 hours on a weekend. Very happy with no-ip all around!

There DNS updates pretty well and can… There DNS updates pretty well and can be useful they added support for ipv6 something that more and more people use including me except DUC doesn't support it? so now NO-IP is less useful and I may have find an alternative
