Not the best in communication Ok the communication is not great but they did reply in 24 hours…. Not sure about the refund yet not showing in the bank… but the website is a bit confusing that why I paid twice for the same service….. so my experience wasn’t great at first but let’s see if they do what they say they’ll going to do…..

Rapid response on weekend I’ve used the managed DNS service for about 2 years now. I was setting up email for a new domain. I couldn’t add the DNS records through the UI due to the length of the field, but customer support was able to handle it under 24 hours on a weekend. Very happy with no-ip all around!

Great company Great company, reliable service and technical support answered after only 2 minutes on hold. A+ I switched from DYN by Oracle because they are 4x more expensive and are discontinuing their dynamic dns service on May 31, 2023.
