The process of ordring and completing a transaction wasn't particularly difficulty or complicated, no different than the avarage online store. I got what I ordered in good condishion. So altogether it was meh - not good nor bad. Nothing to write home about, but nicht terrible either. Generally it was just mediokre.

Very poor quality ice bath with poor… Very poor quality ice bath with poor materials and some parts missing. No response from customer services team. The structure is easy to assemble but you cannot get enough air into the ring - the lid is completely useless. Would strongly recommend paying a bit more for a more reputable company (e.g Lumi or myomaster). I'll be binning this soon.
