Missing leg parts and no instructions… So this arrived with no instructions for the expensive water cooler aspect but many parts. The actual problem ce bath came with one too few pvc legs so we can’t use it. No luck getting in touch with anyone so far..

Product is good and easy to assemble The product itself is good. Helped my mother set it up last night and it was quite straight forward. She is super excited. Giving three stars as the website stated that dispatch would be done in three working days (it was 10 instead), due to "unexpected high traffic", which is understandable but a bit misleading. They have since changed it I believe. But also the website stated delivery would be DHL and instead was UPS. A bit knit-picky, but I initially thought that it was a scam due to the delay. But anyway! just my two cents. My mother is happy so that is the most important thing. Onward ice baths!

Horrible service been 2 months and… Horrible service been 2 months and still haven’t received my bath. It’s says world wide shipping, I’m living in India then they use a sun contractor to deliver tub. Asking me for a kyc number, a kyc number is for Indian citizens not part time residents. I’ve tried to explain to this them over 2 months and they won’t give me my money back or deliver.

Scam company It’s been weeks waiting for my item to “dispatch”. After so many emails back and forth where they kept saying they need to follow-up with their dispatch team, I advised them, via email, to cancel the order. All of a sudden they said the order was with the shipping carrier and couldn’t be cancelled, yet they couldn’t provide a tracking number. Absolutely scam.
