Giving three stars as the website stated that dispatch would be done in three working days (it was 10 instead), due to "unexpected high traffic", which is understandable but a bit misleading. They have since changed it I believe. But also the website stated delivery would be DHL and instead was UPS. A bit knit-picky, but I initially thought that it was a scam due to the delay. But anyway! just my two cents. My mother is happy so that is the most important thing. Onward ice baths!
