GBI received my items in a timely manner… I received my items in a timely manner and in mostly good condition, but they did not communicate. I reached out several times regarding no information on my shipment. So I did not know if things were coming or delayed. They barely got back to me and just stated watch your email for updates (never rec'd) then one day out of the blue a shipping company reached out saying my items were in town. Too bad, I am less likely to shop here because of this experience.

GBI'd love to have given 5 stars I'd love to have given 5 stars, but there were a few things that were probably just our experience and one the product. We ordered a vanity in January and were told within 3 days that it was on back order (6 weeks) and asked if we'd like to cancel. We chose not to cancel as we designed the bathroom around that vanity. My complaint would be that they did not communicate with me at all after that, no updates, no emails. I called one time at week 8 and was told they'd check the warehouse and get back to me. I emailed 2 other times and were told were were priority and they'd let us know. We never heard back and then one day we received notification that it had shipped,12 weeks later. We now have the vanity installed and it looks great. The vanity, however, did not come with any sink mounting hardware nor any sealants for holding down the top or the sink. It was weird, but we got some silicone and took care of it (we hope).

GBExcellent quality product, lovely too! The bath bench I ordered id very well made, sturdy, and beautiful. The delivery was timely. I am especially impressed and glad that there was an option for purchasing special cleaning products to keep my bench free from dirt mold and discoloration in the future.

GBI’ve been waiting over a week just to… I’ve been waiting over a week just to receive an RMA and shipping label for a return. These days returns shouldn’t be this hard, I feel like this is still the ‘90s having to take this long. Also restocking fees and shipping fees associated with returns weren’t made aware to me at time of purchase. My box that I’m returning showed up with dented sides and now there’s the potential your company won’t take my return back because the box isn’t in “perfect condition” even though that’s how it showed up on my doorstep. Pretty antiquated policies if you ask me

GBScam Fraud BE AWARE Let’s see I ordered… Scam Fraud BE AWARE Let’s see I ordered then a week after paying through Zelle they wanted additional shipping costs. I canceled the order and they have not returned through Zelle back. They sent a Mercery website to gain access to my banking account and now no one is responding to me
