GBWill never order from here again Did not ship within the ten days as promised. I called to cancel order and miraculously the order was in route. I called the freight company and the item had not been picked up from vendor. I called again to cancel and get a refund, showing that I tried to cancel before item shipped. US Bathstore refused to cancel and refund, told me to refuse order when it arrived and a refund would be issued once they received the item back. I ordered the item on 12/24 and have been going back and forth trying to get a refund. I am getting ready to go to the credit card company and file a fraud case.

GBTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Initial response was delivery in about 9 days. On day 8 I receive an email saying the item is now out of stock and the offer an alternative of a different size-- for a SHOWER PAN! if you order a certain size, that's obviously the size you need/ want, not 6 inches larger! Super annoying and a HUGE delay in our project now! They are definitely a 2nd rate shop!

GBStay Away! Stay Away!! Bought a Bath Vanity on Black Friday. My order was confirmed and was supposed to ship in 3-5 buisness days, but after over 1 week I was told that they couldn't ship item due to damage and a third party could ship for and additional cost of $270, which they would cover 50%. What company sells a product and then charges additional money to ship? Take your buisness elsewhere
