GBSolidly 3 stars Solidly 3 stars. Best price for the product I purchased. Polite service members. 3 months to ship the item, when they initially estimated 10 days. No service support for the item itself, which came with all kinds of problems that are the fault of the manufacturer, not this team. So yeah, I regret the experience but about half of that is definitely not their fault, so solid 3 stars.

GBSold me a discontinued item and left me on read. Ordered an electric sauna heater for a job. Got an email 9 days later saying the unit was not just out of stock, but discontinued. Contacted customer support who said they would have their sales team find an alternative unit in stock and email me the options that day. Never heard back, and the discontinued product page is still up taking orders. Atrocious business.

GBExcellent quality product, lovely too! The bath bench I ordered id very well made, sturdy, and beautiful. The delivery was timely. I am especially impressed and glad that there was an option for purchasing special cleaning products to keep my bench free from dirt mold and discoloration in the future.

GBTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Initial response was delivery in about 9 days. On day 8 I receive an email saying the item is now out of stock and the offer an alternative of a different size-- for a SHOWER PAN! if you order a certain size, that's obviously the size you need/ want, not 6 inches larger! Super annoying and a HUGE delay in our project now! They are definitely a 2nd rate shop!

GBNOPE! They may be amazing, but were not for me. I placed an order yesterday early morning for a vanity top, got an email fairly quick confirming the order, ok good so far. Then mid afternoon another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $100 over the price I paid few hours earlier. GTFOH!
