GBTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Initial response was delivery in about 9 days. On day 8 I receive an email saying the item is now out of stock and the offer an alternative of a different size-- for a SHOWER PAN! if you order a certain size, that's obviously the size you need/ want, not 6 inches larger! Super annoying and a HUGE delay in our project now! They are definitely a 2nd rate shop!

GBI received my items in a timely manner… I received my items in a timely manner and in mostly good condition, but they did not communicate. I reached out several times regarding no information on my shipment. So I did not know if things were coming or delayed. They barely got back to me and just stated watch your email for updates (never rec'd) then one day out of the blue a shipping company reached out saying my items were in town. Too bad, I am less likely to shop here because of this experience.

GBNot Great The experience wasn't great. The order took much longer to ship than expected. I contacted customer service about a discount code at least twice and never heard back from them. And the instructions that came with the unit were terrible. The unit itself works and looks decent though.

GBNOPE! They may be amazing, but were not for me. I placed an order yesterday early morning for a vanity top, got an email fairly quick confirming the order, ok good so far. Then mid afternoon another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $100 over the price I paid few hours earlier. GTFOH!
