Excellent quality product, lovely too! The bath bench I ordered id very well made, sturdy, and beautiful. The delivery was timely. I am especially impressed and glad that there was an option for purchasing special cleaning products to keep my bench free from dirt mold and discoloration in the future.

Will never order from here again Did not ship within the ten days as promised. I called to cancel order and miraculously the order was in route. I called the freight company and the item had not been picked up from vendor. I called again to cancel and get a refund, showing that I tried to cancel before item shipped. US Bathstore refused to cancel and refund, told me to refuse order when it arrived and a refund would be issued once they received the item back. I ordered the item on 12/24 and have been going back and forth trying to get a refund. I am getting ready to go to the credit card company and file a fraud case.

Sold me a discontinued item and left me on read. Ordered an electric sauna heater for a job. Got an email 9 days later saying the unit was not just out of stock, but discontinued. Contacted customer support who said they would have their sales team find an alternative unit in stock and email me the options that day. Never heard back, and the discontinued product page is still up taking orders. Atrocious business.

Complete scam of a store Complete scam of a store. Site offers free shipping on orders over $300. Weeks after placing my order, they sent me an email saying the item was damaged and requesting an additional $80+ for shipping from another supplier (see 'Stay Away!' review below, seems to be a standard practice), saying that this was only half of their shipping cost for such a large item (which was simply a 20 pound, 3 foot square by 2 inch thick teak bath mat) and that I should be grateful that they were going to cover half the cost.
