GBEasy to use ripping software Great easy to use interface and can rip videos very quickly. I'm currently using MakeMKV and Handbrake but will be looking to purchase a licenses for Videobyte to unlock all it's features.

DEGreat service Great service: Bought the software at the beginning of December, but only tried to install it yesterday. I noticed that I had lost the email with the download link or registration code. At first I was skeptical because the payment went to “digitalriver”. I wrote an informal email and received release data at short notice. Thank you very much. Software has only been tested briefly so far. Easy to use and even in German. The first attempts worked straight away. I am very happy with the purchase.

A solution does not come, their only solution consists of the tip to download the program again. A really crappy experience. April 2024: Of course I also contacted customer service in response to the response to my review. My last attempt is now a week ago. No reaction at all. Really outrageous when you look at what you pay for the product. Don't buy! I repeat: don't buy!
