NOThis seems like a scam The product is good. However, my activation code has stopped working. I have sent them two inquiries without response and without receiving an email confirmation that they have received my inquiry. This seems like a scam. It's a sad because the product is good when it works.

GBThey do not honor their guarantee Asked for refund within hours of buying after comparing to another Blu-ray ripping software. States on their site that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Beware. They do not honor it. You have to go to their page on the “guarantee” to read the fine print about what they consider acceptable circumstances for a refund.

GBGood product and service I bought the DVD ripper software for my old computer a year or two ago, and it worked perfectly for me. I just got a new computer and requested a transfer of the license, and once I found my receipt the vendor was able to do this for me quickly.
