GBI cannot get any audio after ripping… I cannot get any audio after ripping dvd. I can’t seem to get hold of customer service and not having much luck with several extensions I have tried. I have a Mac computer if this makes any difference.

GBThis is a scam it seems. Just stealing peoples money! I purchased a tier level for $130 plus tax which clearly stated as one of the benefits would be full technical support for the products I purchased. I have been trying relentlessly to get in touch with their so called technical support team and no one has responded whatsoever! I honestly feel this is not legitimate and is a scam. The software I purchased would not even download. I will also be writing to the better business bureau to share my experience. Completely bogus! I’m demanding an immediate refund! Update response to VideoByte: My order number is: 923279133 Oh so now after reaching out like 10 times through your proper channels listed ‘trouble ticket’ , that you simply never responded to, it would take this negative review to catch your attention?? Typical scammers! Above is my order number so either refund my card in full or I will file a fraud claim with my banking institution! I want nothing to do with a company that behaves in such a deceptive manner! Offering customers things that actually don’t even exist as it turns out! Ironically several other reviews on trust pilot have reported the same thing so don’t pretend you are all interested and noble now! Far too late for that! Angrily, Scott

CNI've been using VideoByte since around… I've been using VideoByte since around 3 Months, first the free plan, but since a few Weeks i bought the Month Subscription and im very happy with VideoByte. I'll probably extend my subscription once its over. I can only recommend this!
