The representative was friendly professional and informative and replies quickly I highly recommend this product and give the customer service five stars for being friendly and informative and profess I give the representative five stars for giving me the information that I needed promptly friendly and professionally and would reply every time I would email asking a question. Their customer service is five stars as well as the product.

This is a scam it seems. Just stealing peoples money! I purchased a tier level for $130 plus tax which clearly stated as one of the benefits would be full technical support for the products I purchased. I have been trying relentlessly to get in touch with their so called technical support team and no one has responded whatsoever! I honestly feel this is not legitimate and is a scam. The software I purchased would not even download. I will also be writing to the better business bureau to share my experience. Completely bogus! I’m demanding an immediate refund! Update response to VideoByte: My order number is: 923279133 Oh so now after reaching out like 10 times through your proper channels listed ‘trouble ticket’ , that you simply never responded to, it would take this negative review to catch your attention?? Typical scammers! Above is my order number so either refund my card in full or I will file a fraud claim with my banking institution! I want nothing to do with a company that behaves in such a deceptive manner! Offering customers things that actually don’t even exist as it turns out! Great service Having only recently bought their products, my desktop crashed and I had to replace it. I lost my software. I wrote and explained my situation and had a swift positive response that means within a day or so I was able to use the software again. Great service

so far I have written 5 support emails… so far I have written 5 support emails and received no response. the release code does not work so I have paid for something that is inaccessible. There seems to be no email, phone or address to contact- it seems like a scam
