GBI cannot get any audio after ripping… I cannot get any audio after ripping dvd. I can’t seem to get hold of customer service and not having much luck with several extensions I have tried. I have a Mac computer if this makes any difference.

GBGreat service Having only recently bought their products, my desktop crashed and I had to replace it. I lost my software. I wrote and explained my situation and had a swift positive response that means within a day or so I was able to use the software again. Great service

GBBluRay/DVD Ripper Not Working I purchased the BluRay/DVD ripper program back in December because I was seeing their add online that this program RIPs ALL DVD & BluRays. I have majority DVD’s and this program in 4 months has failed after 10% on over 20 DVD’s and it is getting worse! I have reached out to customer service, left comments, provided logs, provided pictures, provided the drive I am using and NOTHING. Instead of this program getting better, it is getting WORSE! For what I paid for this program, free rippers do a better job than this program! I cannot recommend and strongly suggest not buying this product as it is false advertisement.

DEGreat service Great service: Bought the software at the beginning of December, but only tried to install it yesterday. I noticed that I had lost the email with the download link or registration code. At first I was skeptical because the payment went to “digitalriver”. I wrote an informal email and received release data at short notice. Thank you very much. Software has only been tested briefly so far. Easy to use and even in German. The first attempts worked straight away. I am very happy with the purchase.

CNI've been using VideoByte since around… I've been using VideoByte since around 3 Months, first the free plan, but since a few Weeks i bought the Month Subscription and im very happy with VideoByte. I'll probably extend my subscription once its over. I can only recommend this!
