USThis is a scam it seems. Just stealing peoples money! I purchased a tier level for $130 plus tax which clearly stated as one of the benefits would be full technical support for the products I purchased. I have been trying relentlessly to get in touch with their so called technical support team and no one has responded whatsoever! I honestly feel this is not legitimate and is a scam. The software I purchased would not even download. I will also be writing to the better business bureau to share my experience. Completely bogus! I’m demanding an immediate refund! Update response to VideoByte: My order number is: 923279133 Oh so now after reaching out like 10 times through your proper channels listed ‘trouble ticket’ , that you simply never responded to, it would take this negative review to catch your attention?? Typical scammers! Above is my order number so either refund my card in full or I will file a fraud claim with my banking institution! I want nothing to do with a company that behaves in such a deceptive manner! Offering customers things that actually don’t even exist as it turns out! Ironically several other reviews on trust pilot have reported the same thing so don’t pretend you are all interested and noble now! Far too late for that! Angrily, Scott

GBso far I have written 5 support emails… so far I have written 5 support emails and received no response. the release code does not work so I have paid for something that is inaccessible. There seems to be no email, phone or address to contact- it seems like a scam

DEGreat service Great service: Bought the software at the beginning of December, but only tried to install it yesterday. I noticed that I had lost the email with the download link or registration code. At first I was skeptical because the payment went to “digitalriver”. I wrote an informal email and received release data at short notice. Thank you very much. Software has only been tested briefly so far. Easy to use and even in German. The first attempts worked straight away. I am very happy with the purchase.

USBought this Blu-ray player for my Mac Bought this Blu-ray player for my Mac. Won't download. Been trying to get ahold of the company for a week and they won't return emails. Follow up - after leaving this review, they did reach out to me and helped get the app up and running. So they read these reviews - so stay on them and it seems they'll respond

USThey do not honor their guarantee Asked for refund within hours of buying after comparing to another Blu-ray ripping software. States on their site that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Beware. They do not honor it. You have to go to their page on the “guarantee” to read the fine print about what they consider acceptable circumstances for a refund.
