BAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

I called in with three issues I called in with three issues. He quickly researched and resolved two of them and also informed that the other issues is already known and being worked on.
