Lia was super helpful! I called from the US about some fraud committed on one of my cards, charged to evoice. Lia was extremely helpful in getting me information about the fraud which will help me get the problem resolved.

BAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

True Professional Jeff has always been a true Professional! Any issue that I have ever had, He has always helped out or taken care of it for me within a very short time. She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience). Issue resolved quickly without hassle! Issue resolved quickly without hassle! I had an issue that is to long to explain here but I leaving a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I believe the Reps name was Russ and he did an outstanding job! Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved!
