Lia was super helpful! I called from the US about some fraud committed on one of my cards, charged to evoice. Lia was extremely helpful in getting me information about the fraud which will help me get the problem resolved.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! I asked to speak to a higher manager and agent hanged up on me and closed my account.I called again and they didn't even let me explain myself or finish my sentence. This is how you treat people who have customers for many years. I want a manager to contact me before I escalate this.

Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved! This company is AWESOME This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat.
