She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience). Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! I asked to speak to a higher manager and agent hanged up on me and closed my account.I called again and they didn't even let me explain myself or finish my sentence. This is how you treat people who have customers for many years. I want a manager to contact me before I escalate this.
