This company is AWESOME This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat. DO NOT get a VoIP line from evoice for your business! You’ll regret it. They will force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. They claim they are not a carrier but a service provider, but that’s just an excuse. If they want to free up the number so you can take with you, they can! But they won’t! They flagged my previous review and trustpilot removed it based on technicality. Hopefully this one won’t get removed!

I had an issue that is to long to explain here but I leaving a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I believe the Reps name was Russ and he did an outstanding job! Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved! I am very thrilled to write this review… I am very thrilled to write this review on my experience with Shanika at eVoice. She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience).
