GBBAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

GBDO NOT get a VoIP line from evoice for your business! You’ll regret it. They will force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. They claim they are not a carrier but a service provider, but that’s just an excuse. If they want to free up the number so you can take with you, they can! But they won’t! They flagged my previous review and trustpilot removed it based on technicality. Hopefully this one won’t get removed!

CAAWESOME SERVICES … I don't know why I see 1 stars on the first page... the page I'm guessing my review will be posted. My company has been with them for months now and I've gotten EXCEPTIONAL service from evoice If I really had to give an actual rating I'd say 20 star 🌟 would be more accurate. If I had to make a suggestion it would be that because their phone lines are so busy they should offer a call back feature. They have one now but it's only for like they have four ppl ahead. It should be more like a few min of being on hold that it would give an estimate on how long. But again they have online chat so that's another bonus.

NZTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! I asked to speak to a higher manager and agent hanged up on me and closed my account.I called again and they didn't even let me explain myself or finish my sentence. This is how you treat people who have customers for many years. I want a manager to contact me before I escalate this.
