I had an issue that is to long to explain here but I leaving a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I believe the Reps name was Russ and he did an outstanding job! Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved! She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience).
