DO NOT get a VoIP line from evoice for your business! You’ll regret it. They will force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. They claim they are not a carrier but a service provider, but that’s just an excuse. If they want to free up the number so you can take with you, they can! But they won’t! They flagged my previous review and trustpilot removed it based on technicality. Hopefully this one won’t get removed!

This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience).
