I had an issue that is to long to explain here but I leaving a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I believe the Reps name was Russ and he did an outstanding job! Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved! I called in with three issues I called in with three issues. He quickly researched and resolved two of them and also informed that the other issues is already known and being worked on.
