She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience). Thank you for your meticulous service Shanika. You are truly an asset to this organisation.

BAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

I've dealt with Fiona at Customer Support I've dealt with Fiona at Customer Support, and even though I was at the incorrect place - even the incorrect company! - she went out of her way to assist me, and her suggestions eventually lead me to the correct company. DO NOT get a VoIP line from evoice for your business! You’ll regret it. They will force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. They claim they are not a carrier but a service provider, but that’s just an excuse. If they want to free up the number so you can take with you, they can! But they won’t! They flagged my previous review and trustpilot removed it based on technicality. Hopefully this one won’t get removed!
