I called in with three issues I called in with three issues. He quickly researched and resolved two of them and also informed that the other issues is already known and being worked on. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! I asked to speak to a higher manager and agent hanged up on me and closed my account.I called again and they didn't even let me explain myself or finish my sentence. This is how you treat people who have customers for many years. I want a manager to contact me before I escalate this.
