This company is AWESOME This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! I asked to speak to a higher manager and agent hanged up on me and closed my account.I called again and they didn't even let me explain myself or finish my sentence. This is how you treat people who have customers for many years. I want a manager to contact me before I escalate this.

BAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!
