GBEvoice Showed What They Are About... I am adjusting this review to a 4 star because the company completely corrected the issue and went above and beyond to make sure this was not only corrected but was also taken care of due to the mistake. I would have this rather not happened in the first place of course but know that they truly care about their customers. Initial very upset review below as I want others reading this review to know that they do have excellent customer service I am stunned they turned this around. Initial Review: I first noticed from a customer that my business phone number was disconnected and then tested my business phone number to confirm. I then attempt to log into my business account and it states the information cannot be found. I call and wait on hold for 25 minutes and then I am disconnected. I speak with Eddie who lets me know it is an issue on their end that my account had been flagged for 100 calls per day. He then states they cannot fix the issue right away and make take 2-24 hours. I have now gone days with a disconnected business phone after years of service with the company. This must be a very small company with just a few employees as the wait time is incredibly long and the chat wait time is also excessive. I will update this review if the issue is resolved. As of now, I have lost thousands of dollars due to the company not being able to provide a business phone line.

GBBAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

GBI called in with three issues I called in with three issues. He quickly researched and resolved two of them and also informed that the other issues is already known and being worked on. That issue should be resolved later today. I am very pleased with the customer service I received today. Thank you.
