Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved! This company is AWESOME This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat. Lia was super helpful! I called from the US about some fraud committed on one of my cards, charged to evoice. Lia was extremely helpful in getting me information about the fraud which will help me get the problem resolved.
