This company is AWESOME This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat. I called in with three issues I called in with three issues. He quickly researched and resolved two of them and also informed that the other issues is already known and being worked on. I had an issue that is to long to explain here but I leaving a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I believe the Reps name was Russ and he did an outstanding job! Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved! DO NOT get a VoIP line from evoice for your business! You’ll regret it. They will force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. They claim they are not a carrier but a service provider, but that’s just an excuse. If they want to free up the number so you can take with you, they can! But they won’t! They flagged my previous review and trustpilot removed it based on technicality. Hopefully this one won’t get removed!
