She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience). Thank you for your meticulous service Shanika. You are truly an asset to this organisation.

This company is AWESOME This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat. BAD SERVICE! Absolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL! I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days. They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number. After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!
