I was thrilled at having my order shipped out promptly, and it was also a custom order which I could not return. My wife is comfortable in her new monogrammed bathrobe and feels like she's in a 5-star hotel robe. Best robes on the market These are by far the best luxury bath products on the market! I just purchased four robes from the Signature line which is unique to Thirsty Towels and Robes. They are Christmas gifts for my most treasured and supportive family members: my Mother, Daughter, Son in law and Grandson. (Four gifts for four generations in fact.)
