I have washed them a few times now and I am quiet pleased at the softness and absorbency (purchased their presidential line) At least as good as Resto or Pottery Barn for much less of the cost. robes for grandchildren This is the third set of robes for my grandchildren that I have ordered from this company. The terry cloth is very high quality and their service is great. Absolute luxury! We recently bought a small hot tub and for Christmas everyone received a wonderful, heavy robe. It's perfect to wrap up in on a snowy evening when we come in from the hot tub. The quality is even better than I expected - my youngest daughter has commented on how much she loves the weight of it wrapped around her and once she's in it, it's tough to get her to take it off! I appreciated the personal assistance with choosing a size for my petite daughter and we received our robes promptly. I highly recommend this company.

Bathrobe is perfect Bathrobe is perfect -- thick, thirsty cotton, very soft, very plush, fits well. Only drawback is because of the superior quality, it's so heavy! Package arrived quickly, and embroidered name was done well. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
