Great customer service and easy to work with! I ordered a robe for my wife at Christmas and paid for 3-day delivery which ended up taking a week and arrived after the holidays. I can understand the reality of weather delays, etc. but was understandably not thrilled. I reached out via email and they refunded the delivery fee on the spot, no problem and no questions asked. In the end, the robe ended up too large by a bit and we returned it and received a refund with no complications or delays. I really appreciated dealing with a company that works with their customers and not against them as so many do! The robe itself was very nice, thick and warm and had the size worked would be in our home today.

robes for grandchildren This is the third set of robes for my grandchildren that I have ordered from this company. The terry cloth is very high quality and their service is great. I am sure that I will be ordering another set from Thirsty Towels when they outgrow those I recently purchased. I would highly recommend this company.

Best robes on the market These are by far the best luxury bath products on the market! I just purchased four robes from the Signature line which is unique to Thirsty Towels and Robes. They are Christmas gifts for my most treasured and supportive family members: my Mother, Daughter, Son in law and Grandson. (Four gifts for four generations in fact.) Very happy customer. No need to look anywhere else! WOW!! Same-day monogramming and same-day shipping. And that’s after I called to fix a mistake I had made when typing in the monogramming initials! Customer service is prompt and very helpful:) To add to this, upon receiving my towels I couldn’t believe the quality. I have washed them a few times now and I am quiet pleased at the softness and absorbency (purchased their presidential line) At least as good as Resto or Pottery Barn for much less of the cost.
