Best product out there I used to purchase my towels at Resto Hardware years ago. Tried Potter Barn. Sadly, even they don't offer the best anymore. Seems everywhere I look, I get less for more. I found Thirsty Towels about 7 years ago and I am happy to say that they have maintained consistency with quality and service without ridiculous price tags. One of the few companies in America that has restored my faith in quality and integrity, as it should be.

These towels are amazing These towels are amazing! They’re huge, they’re beautiful, soft and fluffy! I purchased the hand towels and bath towels as well. The directions read to wash before using and to not use fabric softener, which I wasn’t pleased about…I expected them to feel scratchy and look flat. I will be purchasing more to replace my old linen, as well as for gifts! nice cotton towels I highly recommend.

Great customer service and easy to work with! I ordered a robe for my wife at Christmas and paid for 3-day delivery which ended up taking a week and arrived after the holidays. I can understand the reality of weather delays, etc. but was understandably not thrilled. I reached out via email and they refunded the delivery fee on the spot, no problem and no questions asked. In the end, the robe ended up too large by a bit and we returned it and received a refund with no complications or delays. I really appreciated dealing with a company that works with their customers and not against them as so many do! The robe itself was very nice, thick and warm and had the size worked would be in our home today.

Great products, great experience! Great products and great customer service experience as I was having an issue checking out. Issue was sorted out extremely fast and my order arrived before I expected. Throws are soft and plush. The Soaps smell great and could not be happier with my purchase or experience.

I've never had a higher quality robe! I have the most beautiful, comfortable, absorbent bathrobe from this company. In fact, I'm tired of sharing it with my husband so this holiday season I have told my family to get him one for Christmas so mine is my own. LOL The shipping and orders come quickly and in great shape. I highly recommend this company.
