Superior Product, Excellent Customer Service I purchased two monogrammed robes as gifts shortly before Christmas. I was concerned with receiving them on time so I contacted ThirstyTowels customer service. The woman assured me that I would receive the items on time. I did, only 3 days later! One recipient said it was the most luxurious gift he had ever received. All items were true to size and weight and came packaged beautifully. Absolute luxury! We recently bought a small hot tub and for Christmas everyone received a wonderful, heavy robe. It's perfect to wrap up in on a snowy evening when we come in from the hot tub. The quality is even better than I expected - my youngest daughter has commented on how much she loves the weight of it wrapped around her and once she's in it, it's tough to get her to take it off! I appreciated the personal assistance with choosing a size for my petite daughter and we received our robes promptly. I highly recommend this company.

robes for grandchildren This is the third set of robes for my grandchildren that I have ordered from this company. The terry cloth is very high quality and their service is great. I am sure that I will be ordering another set from Thirsty Towels when they outgrow those I recently purchased. I would highly recommend this company.
