Great product and value but sticky and … Great product and value but sticky and difficult web site. "Dragon's Rest" lettering came out wrong with extra "b" stuck on end. Either they messed up or using monogram part of web to easy to include too obvious extra letter. Very pleasant response when I emailed them but only assurance it could not be fixed. Very nice robes though.

Issue was sorted out extremely fast and my order arrived before I expected. Throws are soft and plush. The Soaps smell great and could not be happier with my purchase or experience.

I've never had a higher quality robe! I have the most beautiful, comfortable, absorbent bathrobe from this company. In fact, I'm tired of sharing it with my husband so this holiday season I have told my family to get him one for Christmas so mine is my own. LOL The shipping and orders come quickly and in great shape. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service and easy to work with! I ordered a robe for my wife at Christmas and paid for 3-day delivery which ended up taking a week and arrived after the holidays. I can understand the reality of weather delays, etc. but was understandably not thrilled. I reached out via email and they refunded the delivery fee on the spot, no problem and no questions asked. In the end, the robe ended up too large by a bit and we returned it and received a refund with no complications or delays. I really appreciated dealing with a company that works with their customers and not against them as so many do! The robe itself was very nice, thick and warm and had the size worked would be in our home today.
