Great product and value but sticky and … Great product and value but sticky and difficult web site. "Dragon's Rest" lettering came out wrong with extra "b" stuck on end. Either they messed up or using monogram part of web to easy to include too obvious extra letter. Very pleasant response when I emailed them but only assurance it could not be fixed. Very nice robes though.

Bathrobe is perfect Bathrobe is perfect -- thick, thirsty cotton, very soft, very plush, fits well. Only drawback is because of the superior quality, it's so heavy! Package arrived quickly, and embroidered name was done well. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Very happy customer. No need to look anywhere else! WOW!! Same-day monogramming and same-day shipping. And that’s after I called to fix a mistake I had made when typing in the monogramming initials! Customer service is prompt and very helpful:) To add to this, upon receiving my towels I couldn’t believe the quality. I have washed them a few times now and I am quiet pleased at the softness and absorbency (purchased their presidential line) At least as good as Resto or Pottery Barn for much less of the cost. Heavenly towels My experience with Thisty Towels far exceeded my expectations. The towels are so soft, especially the bath mats! It's like stepping on a cloud! The customer service was phenomenal and still one year later the towels are as fluffy and white as they were on day one!
