The company is struggling and merging… The company is struggling and merging with sister company, Bluehost. They have had lots of malware problems which all look suspect because they're recurring even after a client fixes the malware. Ipage's big solution is for clients to pay for SITELOCK which earns them some money. So it's either you pay for sitelock or e subjected to harrowing malware issues every now and then. They also have way less support staff now, so good luck on fixing that issue.

Use Ipage at your Own Risk After using ipage for two years I realized the following. - Affordable - Unlimited Storage - Unlimited Database X No Cpanel X You can easily get hacked X They dont have 2 Factor Authentification X A compromised support can hack your account since you entrust them with your security question (I found this very weired) X No log to see where your account has been logged in from

The person I spoke with was able to…Solve my emails not sending or receiving. The person I spoke with was able to find and solve my issue very fast. With web email. He provided information as to what my issue was. Then proceeded to look after the issues for me. As well as providing me with further information on how to find and solve these issues myself if they were to happen with the next domain and email address I was setting up.

Almost $3k in bogus charges. I transferred my hosting and domain away from iPage in 2015. They proceeded to charge me over $300 every year for the last 9 years in spite of multiple attempts to cancel. I've requested refunds, cancellations, everything I could think of short of cancelling my credit card. They're apparently just crooked.
