Too much is too much I have been a client of IPage for years. Over the years the costs have gone up and up and up. I did not change because it was easier to keep my website there. The other day I was shocked to find my website had been hacked. When I asked what happened, I was eventually told I had to buy a SiteLock protection at USD 200 for them to re-install it. I had to do it since I was stuck. However, that was the final straw. I have now left them for another hosting company.

Use Ipage at your Own Risk After using ipage for two years I realized the following. - Affordable - Unlimited Storage - Unlimited Database X No Cpanel X You can easily get hacked X They dont have 2 Factor Authentification X A compromised support can hack your account since you entrust them with your security question (I found this very weired) X No log to see where your account has been logged in from

Caution on the VPS services and cost! Provide the ability to negotiate the refund for VPS services if a company decides to migrate. Due to my surgery and hospitalization I could not attend to the DNS issues and the difficulty to try to resolve as it very hard to reach someone on the phone and the decision for the renewal of VPS services back in december. I tried to seek a refund as I have now recovered as I am thinking to migrate to a local service provider. I asked iPage via a chat on their system if I can obtain a refund and if the amount refunded can be prorated to the unused term. It is a 2 year term. Sadly I am disappointed on their reluctance to provide a refund of a remaining term of 20 months.

Customer service was great Customer service was great, their online chat function works well. Was helped by a rep called Asariya. I was happy with the outcome after my case was evaluated in a review. I agree with the other reviewers about prices, but blame myself for not keeping on top of it. Tbh everyone is increasing prices for everything nowadays.

Helping me have my website back online I had a challenge from my webpage files that were interfering with the display of my web pages. ipage technical staff were very helpful to me through the chat platform. To be honest, the live chat platform of ipage is what has always made me stick to the company.
