GB81% price hike! I have been using iPage to host a number of web sites for some years now. I have found the service to be reliable and fast enough for my needs. I am due to renew my subscription shortly and I was absolutely amazed to find that there is an 81% (eighty one percent!) increase over last year’s rate. I have not requested any changes, so this really is a like for like comparison. I can see absolutely no justification for this this level of price hike. They have just lost my business as I have now signed up with an internationally known competitor, offering me the same features at a fraction of the cost. I wonder how many customers they will lose before they realise they are simply killing their business.

GBManohar The chat representative was very patient and helpful. I had several requests that were granted. I was hoping for a simpler option for renewal, however. I am very low tech and only want a website page that's easily updated and an email address- nothing more. It seems expensive to pay $186 + for 1 year for our small nonprofit need.

AUCustomer service was great Customer service was great, their online chat function works well. Was helped by a rep called Asariya. I was happy with the outcome after my case was evaluated in a review. I agree with the other reviewers about prices, but blame myself for not keeping on top of it. Tbh everyone is increasing prices for everything nowadays.

GBHappy customer for many years and 5 domains Lavanya was great solving my problems. I have been with iPage for many many years now and have always been happy with the way everyone deals with technical support, billing support and any other kind of issues that in fact haven't been that many

CHToo much is too much I have been a client of IPage for years. Over the years the costs have gone up and up and up. I did not change because it was easier to keep my website there. The other day I was shocked to find my website had been hacked. When I asked what happened, I was eventually told I had to buy a SiteLock protection at USD 200 for them to re-install it. I had to do it since I was stuck. However, that was the final straw. I have now left them for another hosting company.
