I'm free at last!!!!!!!!! I'm free at last!!!!!!!!! I don't think I have EVER disliked a company more than Ipage. Website outages, 50% of my emails going into peoples spam. Contact form enquirers never coming to me but I didn't know! How much business I have lost over the years with this disgrace of a company? Getting help was a total joke once you couldn't call them. The poor guys trying to run chat were working so many people at once you were there literally hours trying to solve issue after issue. Every time I had an issue (of which there was a lot!) I'd get so stressed out with them! Trying to get them to understand the issue - honestly I have cried so many times! I was recommended a company called Krystal in the UK - OMG what a game changer! PLUS they are over HALF the price! and their SSL's are included. I took the hit and lost a lot of money with Ipage as I'd paid for my hosting till end of 2025 (which they wouldn't refund BTW) I have had built an awesome new wordpress site instead of the rubbish Weebly I was using. Krystal are amazing - they actually answer a phone and answer chat immediately! But I'll do them a separate review. PLEASE PLEASE do not go with Ipage if you need to keep your sanity, want a website that works and have your emails actually get to your customers.

iPage Has an AWESOME support team I felt that iPage technician Sabeel had a lot of experience with domain issues and resolved my concerns in one chat. Normally I don't like to use chat and was reluctant to engage with iPage chat because I didn't think my issue could be resolved via a chat. However, to my surprise, it was easy and now I feel it was better than trying to explain my issue on the phone. Thank you iPage for having an Awesome support team.

Ipage a "scammer" ?? I recently switched my website hosting to iPage.com and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. From the moment I signed up, their customer support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. The setup process was a breeze and I was able to get my website up and running in no time. The site speed has been fantastic and I've had no issues with downtime. Overall, I highly recommend iPage.com for anyone looking for reliable, affordable and top-notch website hosting.

Almost $3k in bogus charges. I transferred my hosting and domain away from iPage in 2015. They proceeded to charge me over $300 every year for the last 9 years in spite of multiple attempts to cancel. I've requested refunds, cancellations, everything I could think of short of cancelling my credit card. They're apparently just crooked.

Happy customer for many years and 5 domains Lavanya was great solving my problems. I have been with iPage for many many years now and have always been happy with the way everyone deals with technical support, billing support and any other kind of issues that in fact haven't been that many
