Caution on the VPS services and cost! Provide the ability to negotiate the refund for VPS services if a company decides to migrate. Due to my surgery and hospitalization I could not attend to the DNS issues and the difficulty to try to resolve as it very hard to reach someone on the phone and the decision for the renewal of VPS services back in december. I tried to seek a refund as I have now recovered as I am thinking to migrate to a local service provider. I asked iPage via a chat on their system if I can obtain a refund and if the amount refunded can be prorated to the unused term. It is a 2 year term. Sadly I am disappointed on their reluctance to provide a refund of a remaining term of 20 months.

I have used this hosting site for far… I have used this hosting site for far too long. I finally got rid of them after realizing that I was charged $690 THIS YEAR for web hosting. They refused to refund me any of this because I didn't dispute it within 15 days of being charged. This company is a scam. It is outdated, customer service sucks and is only through chat, and they simply don't deliver on the customer satisfaction they guarantee. I feel so angry and scammed... I can't believe I trusted this damn company with my banking information on autopay.

I agree with the other reviewers about prices, but blame myself for not keeping on top of it. Tbh everyone is increasing prices for everything nowadays.
