CACaution on the VPS services and cost! Provide the ability to negotiate the refund for VPS services if a company decides to migrate. Due to my surgery and hospitalization I could not attend to the DNS issues and the difficulty to try to resolve as it very hard to reach someone on the phone and the decision for the renewal of VPS services back in december. I tried to seek a refund as I have now recovered as I am thinking to migrate to a local service provider. I asked iPage via a chat on their system if I can obtain a refund and if the amount refunded can be prorated to the unused term. It is a 2 year term. Sadly I am disappointed on their reluctance to provide a refund of a remaining term of 20 months.

CAThe person I spoke with was able to…Solve my emails not sending or receiving. The person I spoke with was able to find and solve my issue very fast. With web email. He provided information as to what my issue was. Then proceeded to look after the issues for me. As well as providing me with further information on how to find and solve these issues myself if they were to happen with the next domain and email address I was setting up.

GBI'm free at last!!!!!!!!! I'm free at last!!!!!!!!! I don't think I have EVER disliked a company more than Ipage. Website outages, 50% of my emails going into peoples spam. Contact form enquirers never coming to me but I didn't know! How much business I have lost over the years with this disgrace of a company? Getting help was a total joke once you couldn't call them. The poor guys trying to run chat were working so many people at once you were there literally hours trying to solve issue after issue. Every time I had an issue (of which there was a lot!) I'd get so stressed out with them! Trying to get them to understand the issue - honestly I have cried so many times! I was recommended a company called Krystal in the UK - OMG what a game changer! PLUS they are over HALF the price! and their SSL's are included. I took the hit and lost a lot of money with Ipage as I'd paid for my hosting till end of 2025 (which they wouldn't refund BTW) I have had built an awesome new wordpress site instead of the rubbish Weebly I was using. Krystal are amazing - they actually answer a phone and answer chat immediately! But I'll do them a separate review. PLEASE PLEASE do not go with Ipage if you need to keep your sanity, want a website that works and have your emails actually get to your customers.
