Caution on the VPS services and cost! Provide the ability to negotiate the refund for VPS services if a company decides to migrate. Due to my surgery and hospitalization I could not attend to the DNS issues and the difficulty to try to resolve as it very hard to reach someone on the phone and the decision for the renewal of VPS services back in december. I tried to seek a refund as I have now recovered as I am thinking to migrate to a local service provider. I asked iPage via a chat on their system if I can obtain a refund and if the amount refunded can be prorated to the unused term. It is a 2 year term. Sadly I am disappointed on their reluctance to provide a refund of a remaining term of 20 months.

I am very low tech and only want a website page that's easily updated and an email address- nothing more. It seems expensive to pay $186 + for 1 year for our small nonprofit need.
