It is almost the perfect tool..... It is simple to use and can help expedite your process exponentially. There is some smaller feature sets that I feel are missing for its overall price, but to have multiple layers of variables to select from when deciding the priority level of a task is nice. I have not tried the team experience yet but I know I have tried other tools and Motion is the one especially if you are a sole proprietor or a small team on the same platform for task management. Things to improve on is the projects section of Motion. It is extremely vague and needs some love.

Cancel your subscription before they get you. These developers make some big claims with this product. Get 25% more done and save hours! Specifically targeted at people with ADHD. As someone who falls into this camp, I admittedly was hopeful that this would be the answer I was looking for! Personally, this system made my symtpoms worse. It's bad enough the amount of open loop tasks that I have swirling around, to have them get scheduled over and over again without completing them sucks. I stopped using it and switched back to a task manager without arbitrary due dates with better luck. On top of it all, I didn't realize this Annual fee was on autopay and got charged for another year even though I no longer use the software. Customer service refused to refund. Not very understanding of their target demo...

Motion has helped me so much Motion has helped me so much. I am a public practice accountant, and being able to load in my compliance work for clients with deadlines, recurring tasks such as monthly BAS preparation has been such a blessing. I used to spend the first half hour of my day deciding which tasks were my priority, but this does it for me. When a client asks me to do a task, I can quickly add it with a keyboard shortcut and a few parameters, and instantly it is scheduled and prioritised for me. Perfect!

Updated review EDIT: I have received my refund and the CEO of the company has reached out and apologized for the old UX code. I respect how they handled the situation after my complaints. OLD REVIEW: The website doesn’t have a usable app, service was horrendous, and there were many glitches and bugs in the entire website. Lacks many features that google calendar is able to do. On top of that, after I cancelled last year with confirmation and evidence, they AUTOMATICALLY reinstated my account and billed me for the entire next year (hundreds of dollars). After I submitted a ticket requesting a refund, they said that I don’t qualify for their refund policy because I “reinstated” (without my consent or authorization). Now I have to dispute with my bank and contact my lawyer. Please stay away from this company.

Worst productivity app I've ever tried - beware ADHD tax This is the worst productivity app I've ever encountered - just in general, and even worse for ADHD. Tried it for a one-week trial last year, hoping to kick-start some action on a bunch of projects I needed to get off the ground at once. Utter timewaste: took ages to even begin teaching the AI what made sense for me in terms of workflow - it felt incredibly complex to make tasks land in a logical way around urgency, order of operations etc. Just hated it -- BUT I forgot to cancel it. I was never sent a reminder about the trial ending, and was charged for the full year. I was certain I had cancelled it -- but only realised I hadn't after I received an invoice for another full year (again, no reminder of upcoming subscription renewal). Between the lack of reminders (a total nightmare for people susceptible to the ADHD tax) and its awful functionality, I would give this negative stars if I could.
