GBWorst productivity app I've ever tried - beware ADHD tax This is the worst productivity app I've ever encountered - just in general, and even worse for ADHD. Tried it for a one-week trial last year, hoping to kick-start some action on a bunch of projects I needed to get off the ground at once. Utter timewaste: took ages to even begin teaching the AI what made sense for me in terms of workflow - it felt incredibly complex to make tasks land in a logical way around urgency, order of operations etc. Just hated it -- BUT I forgot to cancel it. I was never sent a reminder about the trial ending, and was charged for the full year. I was certain I had cancelled it -- but only realised I hadn't after I received an invoice for another full year (again, no reminder of upcoming subscription renewal). Between the lack of reminders (a total nightmare for people susceptible to the ADHD tax) and its awful functionality, I would give this negative stars if I could.

GBAutomatic rescheduling great, want faster task input Love the automatic task rescheduling and multiple options for scheduling blocks. Wish it were easier to see a list of completed tasks, and wish there were fewer clicks involved in adding new tasks. I often want to add a new task off the top of my head in a busy moment, and it takes too long to properly assign projects, schedules, priorities, duration, etc. If I don't properly attend to all the details, it feels like it gets lost when I go to revisit it later.

AUMotion has helped me so much Motion has helped me so much. I am a public practice accountant, and being able to load in my compliance work for clients with deadlines, recurring tasks such as monthly BAS preparation has been such a blessing. I used to spend the first half hour of my day deciding which tasks were my priority, but this does it for me. When a client asks me to do a task, I can quickly add it with a keyboard shortcut and a few parameters, and instantly it is scheduled and prioritised for me. Perfect!

GBThe integration with Outlook calendar… The integration with Outlook calendar is important. I wish it could have done that with tasks too. I couldn’t figure out how to integrate Focus Time. The calendar and project tasks were laid out well. I didn’t like the rigidity of the drop down boxes when setting up tasks. Also, I would have preferred the option to manually input tasks into the calendar. I wanted more control over when I would do tasks and AI wasn’t flexible enough.

GBWhat my ADHD brain has needed The best thing about this app is how it can auto-schedule your tasks and then readjust the timeline based on whether or not you complete the tasks assigned to you. I am currently only using it as a single user (without a team) and haven't been able to use all of the features but as a project manager I can see how helpful this would be on collaborative projects. While the phone app isn't as robust, new updates get pushed out regularly (and with the desktop app as well). It's nice how you can manage both personal and work projects in one place. I have always been good a managing IT projects, but am a mess at home. Finally I can "manage" myself.
