GBAutomatic rescheduling great, want faster task input Love the automatic task rescheduling and multiple options for scheduling blocks. Wish it were easier to see a list of completed tasks, and wish there were fewer clicks involved in adding new tasks. I often want to add a new task off the top of my head in a busy moment, and it takes too long to properly assign projects, schedules, priorities, duration, etc. If I don't properly attend to all the details, it feels like it gets lost when I go to revisit it later.

GBEasy refund experience I tried the free trial and forgot to cancel my two-month subscription. I emailed them, an a robot immediately gave me 1 month back, I emailed again, and a human got back to me and gave me the second back. Nowadays, subscription companies are like cowboys refusing to give you refunds. This was a fresh change. I didn't use the app, but happy with the refund policy.

GBUpdated review EDIT: I have received my refund and the CEO of the company has reached out and apologized for the old UX code. I respect how they handled the situation after my complaints. OLD REVIEW: The website doesn’t have a usable app, service was horrendous, and there were many glitches and bugs in the entire website. Lacks many features that google calendar is able to do. On top of that, after I cancelled last year with confirmation and evidence, they AUTOMATICALLY reinstated my account and billed me for the entire next year (hundreds of dollars). After I submitted a ticket requesting a refund, they said that I don’t qualify for their refund policy because I “reinstated” (without my consent or authorization). Now I have to dispute with my bank and contact my lawyer. Please stay away from this company.

GBWorst productivity app I've ever tried - beware ADHD tax This is the worst productivity app I've ever encountered - just in general, and even worse for ADHD. Tried it for a one-week trial last year, hoping to kick-start some action on a bunch of projects I needed to get off the ground at once. Utter timewaste: took ages to even begin teaching the AI what made sense for me in terms of workflow - it felt incredibly complex to make tasks land in a logical way around urgency, order of operations etc. Just hated it -- BUT I forgot to cancel it. I was never sent a reminder about the trial ending, and was charged for the full year. I was certain I had cancelled it -- but only realised I hadn't after I received an invoice for another full year (again, no reminder of upcoming subscription renewal). Between the lack of reminders (a total nightmare for people susceptible to the ADHD tax) and its awful functionality, I would give this negative stars if I could.

AUMotion has helped me so much Motion has helped me so much. I am a public practice accountant, and being able to load in my compliance work for clients with deadlines, recurring tasks such as monthly BAS preparation has been such a blessing. I used to spend the first half hour of my day deciding which tasks were my priority, but this does it for me. When a client asks me to do a task, I can quickly add it with a keyboard shortcut and a few parameters, and instantly it is scheduled and prioritised for me. Perfect!
