It is almost the perfect tool..... It is simple to use and can help expedite your process exponentially. There is some smaller feature sets that I feel are missing for its overall price, but to have multiple layers of variables to select from when deciding the priority level of a task is nice. I have not tried the team experience yet but I know I have tried other tools and Motion is the one especially if you are a sole proprietor or a small team on the same platform for task management. Things to improve on is the projects section of Motion. It is extremely vague and needs some love.

Great tool with a lot of potential! I am loving motion! It's helped with "decision paralysis" of constantly prioritizing and re-prioritizing tasks. I work independently but motion makes me feel like I was handed a task list by a supportive manager which is so helpful for jumping into the work day. My only critique so far is that the processing time can be slow, I would like to see the application get smoother over time. I think it has a lot of potential as it continues to grow and evolve as a tool.

one star is too much! one star is too much! Software could be good but when you spend half your time trying to deal with customer services and sort out issues with them double charging over and over and over again. you might as well just manage your own calendar. Very disappointing!!!!

There’s a lot good about the concept I like the concept and as a startup founder it helps me to organise and discipline my time and priorities. If you add too many tasks at once and it segments then it can become overwhelming and reduces focus. I’d like to be able to see sub tasks and notes on my calendar within the time block. The mobile app still has a long way to go to make it useful for on the go task organisation.
