GREAT For Pickup at Myrtle Beach Airport I used Luxy Ride to meet my youngest at the Myrtle Beach Airport when she flew in from the West Coast. The driver Frank was the BEST! The connecting flight from Charlotte landed early and Frank texted my daughter his location and ETA, and she was able to sit by baggage claim and enjoy a beverage. As soon as he arrived, he took care of everything and delivered her home for the holidays! I would definitely use them again! Thanks, Frank!

Worth every penny. Our driver contacted me shortly after I landed. After clearing customs and getting our bags, it was easy to locate the limo parking at logan. Our driver helped us with our bags and we enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful ride home. I will recommend Luxyride to friends and family if they ever need a ride.

LUXY provided text confirmations before the trip LUXY provided professional service that included a day-ahead call and confirmation, an hour ahead text to tell me the driver was on his way and an "I have arrived" text. I greatly appreciated the confirmations that my month ahead appointment had not been forgotten! The car was spacious, clean and comfortable and the driver was very friendly and talked to my wife most of the trip (anyone keeping my wife amused gets an extra tip).

They left us without a ride We booked a ride with Luxy two weeks in advance of our arrival in Charleston SC. 12 hours before we were scheduled to depart, I received an email advising that our booked ride was being cancelled due to no available drivers. I was happy I checked my email or I would have been left standing around wondering. A car service that is supposedly so highly rated should at least have called us in case we didn't check our email. Also, why wait until the last minute to advise us we would be without a ride? Not professional at all.

The worst experience ever The worst experience ever! I received much better service from Uber and instead of paying 300.00, I paid 100.00. Lucy ride did not deliver!! Paid extra for meet and greet-didn’t happen! Driver left after 45 minutes waiting. Would highly recommend never using their service. Go Uber! Save big money and better service.
