USAvoid this comany This company cannot be relied upon to provide the service that you have reserved - it seems they are only a broker and do not own or control the limos. We had a firm reservation for two weeks and then five days from the day we needed the transfer they cancelled it due to "lack of availability". Book directly with the limo companies to avoid this problem.

USgood experience driver was very courteous, drove carefully, very helpful with luggage. he needed more experience with LAX pickup and meet&greet procedures - we had our luggage already before he found us in the baggage area.

USLUXY provided text confirmations before the trip LUXY provided professional service that included a day-ahead call and confirmation, an hour ahead text to tell me the driver was on his way and an "I have arrived" text. I greatly appreciated the confirmations that my month ahead appointment had not been forgotten! The car was spacious, clean and comfortable and the driver was very friendly and talked to my wife most of the trip (anyone keeping my wife amused gets an extra tip).

USThey are improving They are improving. I have found that sometimes drivers pick up the reservation last minute but although that makes you anxious to know someone is coming there hasn't been a time that no one has come. The only slight negative is that the drivers are very robotic and don't converse or make conversation to make it a personal feel.

USManny was a great driver Manny was a great driver! Communication was easy, pick up was perfectly timed and his knowledge of New York City was unbelievable, it saved us lots of time getting home in some pretty bad rush hour traffic. I highly recommend Manny and will request him every trip!
