Merging companies requires lots of… Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. STAY AWAY!! Plenty of better services available. They were late picking us up (arrival 10 minutes after we already had our bags; 30 minutes past pick-up time) and didn’t provide the additional services we paid for (which was also why we chose the company in the first place). Upon letting the company know, the only response we received was a partial refund which didn’t even cover the service we did not receive. We just decided to never use the company again instead of fighting them further. Now, we realize this is common practice for this company and a regular complaint. STAY AWAY!!

Not affordable or convenient The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.

LUXY provided text confirmations before the trip LUXY provided professional service that included a day-ahead call and confirmation, an hour ahead text to tell me the driver was on his way and an "I have arrived" text. I greatly appreciated the confirmations that my month ahead appointment had not been forgotten! The car was spacious, clean and comfortable and the driver was very friendly and talked to my wife most of the trip (anyone keeping my wife amused gets an extra tip).

LUXY is the BEST! We use Luxy Ride all the time! I love them because the booking process is simple, the drivers are always on time and professional, and the price is right!
