good experience driver was very courteous, drove carefully, very helpful with luggage. he needed more experience with LAX pickup and meet&greet procedures - we had our luggage already before he found us in the baggage area.

Easy to use app and great experience I used LUXY's service in Portland, Oregon, and in NY from the airport. It was so much better than rideshare, and the price was actually just as good as rideshare black. I felt safer, the cars were clean, and using the LUXY platform was easy. I have started to use them for all of my work travel and have had my travel team also start using LUXY. So far, no issues! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a ride and is tired of using rideshare services.

Not affordable or convenient The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.

LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for… LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for me. The drivers I have had were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles I have been in were luxurious and most importantly, clean. For COVID safety, each driver wore a mask. I am relieved to have found an affordable auto service to take me to and from the airport.

The scheduling The scheduling, the ride, the driver, the pickup and dropoff all went smoothly. Never any uncomfortableness or issues. What wasn't apparent however is that the original goal of One Way Limo was actually happening and that is that the price would be lower than other limos around due to the coordination of rides with another customer wherein we would book one way the the other way would be with another customer. Is that happening, I'm not sure. That is why the name was "One way Limo!" Other than that, happy with the service.
