Worth every penny. Our driver contacted me shortly after I landed. After clearing customs and getting our bags, it was easy to locate the limo parking at logan. Our driver helped us with our bags and we enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful ride home. I will recommend Luxyride to friends and family if they ever need a ride.

Manny was a great driver Manny was a great driver! Communication was easy, pick up was perfectly timed and his knowledge of New York City was unbelievable, it saved us lots of time getting home in some pretty bad rush hour traffic. I highly recommend Manny and will request him every trip!

Absolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service - paid $25 extra for an add-on I didn’t receive, then one bag wasn’t unloaded upon arrival. When I realized I tried to call Luxy only to be hung up on three times because “dispatchers were busy.” Finally got the driver on the phone and he wouldn’t come back to drop off the bag, I would have to go an hour out of my way to pick up. Never using again

good experience driver was very courteous, drove carefully, very helpful with luggage. he needed more experience with LAX pickup and meet&greet procedures - we had our luggage already before he found us in the baggage area.

Merging companies requires lots of… Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time.
