USNot affordable or convenient The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.

CAThe worst experience ever The worst experience ever! I received much better service from Uber and instead of paying 300.00, I paid 100.00. Lucy ride did not deliver!! Paid extra for meet and greet-didn’t happen! Driver left after 45 minutes waiting. Would highly recommend never using their service. Go Uber! Save big money and better service.

USLuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for… LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for me. The drivers I have had were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles I have been in were luxurious and most importantly, clean. For COVID safety, each driver wore a mask. I am relieved to have found an affordable auto service to take me to and from the airport.

GBAbsolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service - paid $25 extra for an add-on I didn’t receive, then one bag wasn’t unloaded upon arrival. When I realized I tried to call Luxy only to be hung up on three times because “dispatchers were busy.” Finally got the driver on the phone and he wouldn’t come back to drop off the bag, I would have to go an hour out of my way to pick up. Never using again

USThey left us without a ride We booked a ride with Luxy two weeks in advance of our arrival in Charleston SC. 12 hours before we were scheduled to depart, I received an email advising that our booked ride was being cancelled due to no available drivers. I was happy I checked my email or I would have been left standing around wondering. A car service that is supposedly so highly rated should at least have called us in case we didn't check our email. Also, why wait until the last minute to advise us we would be without a ride? Not professional at all.
