STAY AWAY!! Plenty of better services available. They were late picking us up (arrival 10 minutes after we already had our bags; 30 minutes past pick-up time) and didn’t provide the additional services we paid for (which was also why we chose the company in the first place). Upon letting the company know, the only response we received was a partial refund which didn’t even cover the service we did not receive. We just decided to never use the company again instead of fighting them further. Now, we realize this is common practice for this company and a regular complaint. STAY AWAY!!

Easy to use app and great experience I used LUXY's service in Portland, Oregon, and in NY from the airport. It was so much better than rideshare, and the price was actually just as good as rideshare black. I felt safer, the cars were clean, and using the LUXY platform was easy. I have started to use them for all of my work travel and have had my travel team also start using LUXY. So far, no issues! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a ride and is tired of using rideshare services.

Merging companies requires lots of… Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. Worth every penny. Our driver contacted me shortly after I landed. After clearing customs and getting our bags, it was easy to locate the limo parking at logan. Our driver helped us with our bags and we enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful ride home. I will recommend Luxyride to friends and family if they ever need a ride.
